Christianity Cleansing Society

Description
Christianity stands at the doorway of a building marked Society, holding a broom as she sweeps away the visible stains of moral corruption. Around the entrance are named sins and social evils: falsehood, self-righteousness, hate, deceit, greed, pride, self-love, and impurity. At the side, a well-dressed man uses a brush from a bucket labeled Culture, covering the outer wall while the deeper defilement remains at the threshold. The composition presents a clear Christian allegory: outward refinement cannot cleanse the heart or reform society apart from repentance and righteousness. The white garment and cross worn by the woman identify the Church’s calling to expose sin, reject hypocrisy, and bring moral renewal through the truth of Christ. This artwork is suited for sermons, Bible studies, repentance themes, social holiness, discipleship teaching, and ministry messages on the difference between cultural polish and genuine spiritual transformation.
